Let’s be honest, everything is sh*t right now; climate change, the normalisation of fascism, rise of AI, the skyrocketing cost of living… we could go on.
Despite all of this, we’re expected to carry on our daily lives as normal. Every now and then it all feels a bit much and we end up feeling stressed, exhausted, angry and burnt out.
Join us for a wellness workshop during difficult times. Taking place on Monday June 22nd 2pm-3.45pm BST (over zoom), this workshop will be a space to air our grievances honestly and without judgement. We’ll also learn coping strategies that help ground and calm us and improve our individual wellbeing, despite all the stressful things we face as – whether you’re a concerned citizen, an activist, a professional or anything in between.
