As climate collapse accelerates and inequality deepens, working-class communities are being hit hardest – facing low pay, rising bills, and a political system that no longer speaks for them. Workers Planet brings together organisers, trade unionists, and grassroots activists to map out a transformative vision: one where the fight for climate justice and economic justice is led by workers themselves.

Join us at a one day festival of class politics and radical solidarity on September 7th, where we will take a deep dive into how trade unions can lead the fight for climate justice.

The WCCA will be joining the first session of the day ‘The Climate Crisis is a Working-Class Issue: Why Trade Unions Must Fight for Climate Justice’, alongside Fuel Poverty Action, ACORN, and the trade unions GMB, Unite and Allied Bakers Union.
